Yoga, breathwork + meditation

    • Ideal for teams looking to reduce stress and boost mental clarity, and for private events wanting a meaningful shared experience that supports relaxation and presence.

The Deep Rest Experience

Breathwork + Soundbath guided meditation

  • A calming experience that begins with breathing exercises and transitions into a sound bath using crystal bowls to help participants relax deeply and reset their mind and body.


    • The session is tailored to the tone of your event: soothing and supportive for wellness days, ceremonial for celebrations, or quiet and reflective for retreats.


    • Ideal for teams experiencing high stress or fatigue, and for private gatherings like birthdays, retreats, or pre-wedding moments where rest, grounding, and connection are needed.

The Connection Experience

Breathwork + Reflection (Journaling and/or Oracle Insight)

  • A guided experience that combines breathing practices with reflection tools such as journaling prompts or symbolic cards to help participants gain clarity, process thoughts, and explore personal or shared intentions.


    • The level of sharing is flexible, it can remain private and introspective or include group discussion, depending on comfort and event style.


    • Ideal for teams wanting better communication and emotional awareness, and for private groups wanting deeper connection, intentional conversation, or meaning-making during a special gathering.

The Full Experience Package

Includes all three Signature Sessions (valid for 9 months)

  • A three-part wellness journey designed to support ongoing well-being: movement to reset, rest to recover, and reflection to integrate. Sessions can be scheduled quarterly or arranged based on your event calendar.


    • Each session is shaped with the organizer to fit timing, group size, and event purpose, whether workplace wellness, leadership development, or seasonal gatherings.

The gift of becoming co. Method

  • Breathwork, yoga, and sound-based practices help shift the body out of stress and into a calmer, more focused state. When the nervous system feels safe, attention improves, thinking becomes clearer, and emotional reactivity decreases. These practices are backed by research showing improvements in focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Before connection or insight can happen, the body must first feel grounded, this is where we begin.

  • Once the body and mind soften, reflection becomes possible. Through guided journaling, breath awareness, or symbolic tools, participants explore thoughts, patterns, and emotions with more clarity and less judgment. In a world of constant distraction and noise, reflection creates space to pause and hear what’s often missed: values, intuition, and inner truth. This step helps individuals and groups move from autopilot into meaningful awareness.

  • With regulation and reflection as the foundation, we move into intentional integration. Through conversation, shared insight, or guided intention setting, participants explore how to communicate more clearly, connect more authentically, and make aligned choices. This step strengthens relationships , with self and others, and supports lasting shifts in presence, well-being, and how a group shows up together.
